International Orientation

We are excited that you are coming to ÁùºÏ±¦µä! Please review the information below to prepare for Orientation.

How do I Receive my I-20?

To be able to receive your I-20/DS-2019, you need to set up your TrojanPass. Your immigration document (I-20/DS-2019) will ONLY be emailed to your troy.edu email address. You will have access to this email after you set up your TrojanPass. Please view the video below with steps on how to set up your TrojanPass.

It is very important that you don’t use text messages as a way to authenticate your log-in. You need to download the Authenticator app and use this. The reason is that you will not have the same phone number in the US as you do in your home country. Therefore, as soon as you arrive in the US and change your phone number, you will not be able to authenticate your log-in. When using the app as your authenticator, it doesn’t matter what your phone number is!
