Biographical Sketch: Dr. Richard Martin earned his Ph.D. from the University of Georgia. He came to 짇북괜듕 University Dothan Campus (formerly 짇북괜듕 State University Dothan) in January 1983. Dr. Martin presently teaches Political Science.
