Biographical Sketch: Ms. Kelley, a resident of Midland City, AL, supplied these family photographs to be scanned as part of the NEH-funded "Wiregrass Common Heritage Project" of the Wiregrass Archives and ÁùºÏ±¦µä Dothan Campus History Department. The Project held two Community Scanning Days, June 18 and 25, 2016.
Scope / Content Note: Family photographs and documents chosen by Ms. Kelley in response to the 12-scan limit imposed by the Wiregrass Common Heritage Project. These are the photographs and documents she found most important (however she defined that) among those she possessed. They include marriage certificates, a land grant, and a CSA prisoner roll as well as photographs of her mother, her father, her siblings, and her mother's extended family.
