U.S. Air Force ROTC Four-Year College Program

The Air Force Officer Training Corps (ROTC) is an educational program designed to give men and women the opportunity to compete to become an Air Force or Space Force officer while completing their degree. The Air Force ROTC program is designed to prepare you to become leaders in the Air Force or Space Force.

Our mission at Det. 017 is to build intellectual and leadership skills our officer candidates need to succeed as citizens today and airmen of tomorrow.

Goal of the Detachment 017's AFROTC

The goal of Detachment 017's Air Force ROTC is to prepare college students to succeed in any competitive environment. The leadership training and experiences that you will have in Air Force ROTC will provide you with a foundation to become a commissioned Air Force or Space Force Officer upon graduation.
